The Role
- You will provide both strategic and day-to-day business development support, working alongside partners and leadership to deliver targeted initiatives and enhance market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading business development and marketing activity across key practice areas
- Working closely with partners to develop and implement business plans and identify growth opportunities
- Supporting new business generation through pitches, proposals, and client targeting initiatives
- Conducting market, client, and competitor research to inform strategy
- Driving profile-raising activities, including events, sponsorships, and campaigns
- Managing directory submissions and league table processes to enhance market visibility
- Developing and maintaining marketing materials and pitch documentation
