An exciting position has arisen for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join a highly regarded London-based Business Development team within an elite law firm during a period of continued growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious BD professional looking to gain significant exposure to partners and senior stakeholders while supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple practice areas.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting business development, client relationship management, marketing and profile-raising activities, helping to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support the firm's market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of client plans and business growth initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality pitches, presentations, deal sheets and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market, client and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Support legal directory, award and survey submissions.
  • Maintain CRM systems and business development databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international business development teams to deliver best-in-class support.

About You

  • Previous business development, marketing or professional services experience is desirable.
  • Excellent written communication, proofreading and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, confident and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
