Job Description

Job Title: Application Analyst

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: Competitive package

Requirements: Experience in a Systems team within a law firm. Critical Systems: 3E, IntApp, SSRS, Power BI reports, 2nd Line Support, Reconcile Data Across Finance Systems.

The role

The role will be working with Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, the Application Analyst is essential to ensure the stability, efficiency and scalability of the current business systems.

The Application Analyst will be responsible for mitigating risk by:

  • Centralising documentation
  • Standardising processes
  • They will serve as an additional point of contact for application-related issues

Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:

  • Play a vital role in the day-to-day running of systems
  • Resolve user issues
  • Optimise workflows
  • Ensuring the Firm's applications are aligned with the evolving needs of the business by working with various business stakeholders

  • Experience in a systems team within a law firm
  • Strong understanding od legal department operations
  • Knowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databases
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and a string team player
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
