Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking an experienced Temporary Reprographics Assistant to join their busy office on an immediate basis for 6-8 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong reprographics and print room experience who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing high-volume printing, copying and document production requests
Producing and collating legal and corporate bundles
Scanning documents accurately and efficiently
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Managing courier bookings and deliveries
Operating and maintaining reprographics equipment
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and fee earners
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within a reprographics, print room or document services role
Strong knowledge of Canon printers and reprographics systems
Experience producing professional document bundles
Confident handling large-volume scanning projects
Familiarity with post room and courier processes
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional, proactive and reliable approach
Must be immediately available and able to start ASAP
