A highly regarded and well-established UK law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their thriving London office. Supporting senior leadership, this is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to business operations, strategic projects and senior stakeholder management within a collaborative and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, managing competing priorities, and building strong relationships across all levels of a business. What does this role offer:
- Competitive salary - up to £45k DOE
- Working hours: 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to 3x senior leaders, helping to manage priorities and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key actions.
- Assist with presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Support strategic projects and wider operational initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3-4 years of strong PA/EA experience in a top City law firm or professional services firm.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business administration tasks.
- Proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
