Are you a graduate and eager to step into the legal field as an Executive Assistant? Do you have 1-2 years of professional or law firm experience with exposure to supporting senior stakeholders? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to work for a successful and growing US law firm. This role will be providing direct 1-2-1 support to a Senior Partner. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (however must be flexible on occasion to work overtime) paying a competitive salary! Some hybrid working and great benefits on offer.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Supporting with general administration
- Preparing agendas for meetings
- Diary management
- Undertaking research
- Assisting with project work
- Attending meetings
- Ensuring confidentiality at all times
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to liaise with people at all levels in the business. You must be able to work flexibly according to the demands of the business, have a commercial mindset, and be a self-starter able to use your own initiative.
