Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking an experienced Temporary Reprographics Assistant to join their busy office immediately on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong reprographics and print room experience who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. This also has the opportunity to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing high-volume printing, copying and document production requests
- Producing and collating legal and corporate bundles
- Scanning documents accurately and efficiently
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Managing courier bookings and deliveries
- Operating and maintaining reprographics equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and fee earners
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a reprographics, print room or document services role
- Strong knowledge of Canon printers and reprographics systems
- Experience producing professional document bundles
- Confident handling large-volume scanning projects
- Familiarity with post room and courier processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive and reliable approach
- Must be immediately available and able to start ASAP
