Temporary Receptionist

We are seeking experienced and polished Legal Receptionists to join our a highly prestigious law firm clients based in the City on a temporary basis.

We work with top US Law firm clients in the city and always recruiting for receptionist with top law firm experience who would be open to working temporary contracts.

You would have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative reception team on different shifts acting as the firm's first point of contact, providing a seamless, five‑star experience to clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

You must have flexibility for these roles working later hours such as 10am - 6pm / 11am - 7pm if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism
• Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently
• Coordinating meeting rooms
• Liaising with partners, fee‑earners, and support teams
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
• Keeping reception and client areas immaculate at all times
• Providing administrative support when required

For these roles you must have:

• Previous experience in a law firm reception role
• Confident, polished, and exceptionally well‑presented
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment
• Immediately available or on short/1 week notice
