Ryder Reid Legal is working with our law firm client to recruit for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide short-term support - initially for around 6 weeks with the potential for the role to go permanent.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel and events
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support
About you:
- Proven experience as an EA, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
