The firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on high-value, cross-border matters.
The role
In your new role as a Senior HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Director in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and supporting day-to-day executive needs. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the HR department with full employee lifecycle for Partners.
- Maintaining accurate Partner records and HR databases.
- Preparing HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts and reference requests.
- Providing diary and inbox management for senior leaders.
- Arranging meeting rooms, booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience working in a similar role at a law firm.
- Previous experience with PA duties including minute taking, preparing documentation and diary management.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT proficiency.
