Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

\n\n\n\nThe role
\n\n\n\nIn your new role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and supporting the delivery of a high-performing and commercially focused HR service across the London office. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
\n\n\n\nActing as a trusted advisor to partners, managers and employees, supporting the full Business Professional lifecycle.Providing HR guidance to support on employee relations, performance management, absence management and day to day people matters.Ensuring consistency and application of HR policies and procedures.Assisting with ER investigations, documentation and meeting coordination.Supporting recruitment activity across business professionals.Coordinating onboarding and integration processes.Supporting annual appraisal processes, salary reviews and bonus processes.What do you need?
\n\n\n\nIn order to be successful in this role you will need:
\n\n\n\nPrevious experience working in an HR Advisory role at a law firm.Commercial awareness with strong influential skills.Strong experience with Employee Relations issues.Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Experience with HRIS systems, Workday ideally.
