The role
In your new role as a Recruitment Assistant, you will be supporting the graduate, lateral and business services recruitment functions of a busy law firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organising all administration in relation to campus-based and in-house recruitment activities.
- Assisting with the running of assessment days.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agents.
- Maintenance of the lateral and business services recruitment portal.
- Generating offer paperwork and assisting with the onboarding.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous recruitment administration experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
