Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic PR & Communications Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. With a focus on the EMEA and APAC regions, this role is pivotal in driving external storytelling and enhancing our client's profile through strategic awards and recognitions submissions. You will work closely with the PR team to manage the awards process, identify opportunities, and craft compelling submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the firm's participation in global award nominations and headcount surveys.
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams to develop strategies and content for award submissions.
- Create timelines, templates, and process documents for award nominations.
- Oversee the development of survey and award submissions to meet deadlines.
- Interface with editors and conduct competitive intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Programs, and other relevant software.
