We are delighted to be seeking a part-time legal secretary to join one of our international law firm clients' teams in London on a 12 Month Fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-level secretarial support to partners and solicitors, ensuring client expectations are met and departmental objectives achieved. For this role the working hours are 9:30-5:30, and you will be in the office 3 days a week (flexibility offered after probation).
Key Responsibilities
- Audio and copy typing, alongside document processing
- Formatting documents and preparing professional presentations as directed
- Diary management for partners and fee earners
- Producing bills and managing invoices
- Organising and maintaining accurate files (hard copy and electronic)
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
