Ryder Reid Legal is working exclusively with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its Corporate/Global Projects team in January on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis with scope to extend. The role will involve duties including; performing company searches, assisting with due diligence on mergers and acquisitions and transaction management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small, dynamic team gaining a very high level of experience, which will stand candidates in great stead for their upcoming Training Contract!
