Lead pricing support across Europe, acting as the region's senior pricing contactAdvise Partners and senior stakeholders on pricing strategy, commercial arrangements and matter economicsDevelop pricing solutions for RFPs, panel appointments, rate reviews and client negotiationsAssess the financial and commercial impact of proposed fee arrangements and alternative fee structuresReview existing pricing arrangements to identify opportunities to improve profitability and commercial performanceManage and develop the European pricing team, including work allocation, performance and recruitmentWork with global colleagues to enhance pricing processes, governance, systems and technologySupport greater Partner engagement with pricing tools, resources and best practiceContribute to training on pricing strategy, fee negotiations and commercial awareness Significant pricing, commercial finance or profitability experience gained within a law firm environmentStrong experience advising and influencing Partners and senior stakeholdersCommercial experience covering fee negotiations, rate reviews and alternative fee arrangementsPrevious team management or leadership experienceAdvanced financial modelling and Excel skillsStrong analytical and commercial capabilities, with the ability to turn financial data into practical recommendationsExperience with Power BI, Aderant Expert, SQL or GenAI tools would be advantageousCIMA, ACCA, MBA or a similar professional qualification would be beneficial but is not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal pricing professional to take on a highly visible European leadership role, combining strategic pricing, senior Partner engagement and team management within a sophisticated international firm.
