Job Description Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join a fullservice London based law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide support to the Immigration Partner and wider team on a range of both corporate and private immigration matters, whilst also managing their own caseload. Completing immigration applications including Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Temporary Worker, Sponsor Licence, Partner, EU Settlement Scheme and British Citizenship applicationsDrafting representationsPreparing immigration appeals, including drafting grounds of appeal and witness statements, preparing bundles and liaising with Counsel and the CourtAssisting with immigration research and reviewing relevant policies and guidanceTo be considered, candidates must have a law degree, with previous corporate immigration experience highly preferable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collegiate team and gain exposure to a broad range of high-level corporate and private immigration work, whilst taking ownership of your own caseload.
