An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Paralegal to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team, working directly with a Partner specialising in Structured Finance. The role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions, including asset-backed securitisations, bond issuances, lending platform establishments, structured real estate finance, social housing finance and regulatory capital matters. This role offers a high level of responsibility and direct partner exposure, with full training provided.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on a variety of structured finance transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research
  • Liaising with clients and transaction parties
  • Providing support throughout the lifecycle of complex deals

The ideal candidate will have strong academics and be bright, commercially aware and proactive. Previous finance experience is not essential; however, candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
