Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking an experienced Temporary Reprographics Assistant to join their busy office on an immediate basis for 6-8 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong reprographics and print room experience who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing high-volume printing, copying and document production requestsProducing and collating legal and corporate bundlesScanning documents accurately and efficientlyHandling incoming and outgoing postManaging courier bookings and deliveriesOperating and maintaining reprographics equipmentEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlinesProviding excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and fee earners Candidate Requirements Previous experience within a reprographics, print room or document services roleStrong knowledge of Canon printers and reprographics systemsExperience producing professional document bundlesConfident handling large-volume scanning projectsFamiliarity with post room and courier processesExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsProfessional, proactive and reliable approachMust be immediately available and able to start ASAP If you have strong reprographics experience and are available to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
