We're working with a leading international law firm to find a Senior Technology Trainer to join their collaborative global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people and learning - and wants to play a visible role in driving real change across a business.
The role is broad and impactful where you'll take ownership of technology training across multiple international offices, including London, Paris and Hong Kong. You'll work closely with lawyers and business services teams to help them adopt and use technology more effectively in their day-to-day roles. It's not just about delivering training; you'll be involved in shaping the approach, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, and creating engaging, practical learning solutions that make a genuine difference.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtual), including group and 1:1 support
- Design and develop training materials and e-learning content (guides, videos, quick reference tools, etc.)
- Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and create tailored training solutions
- Support the rollout of new systems and tools, ensuring smooth adoption across the business
- Analyse trends from support queries and continuously improve training effectiveness
- Contribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues
- Manage and track training activity through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)
About you:
- 5 years' experience in technology training, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong experience delivering blended learning (classroom, virtual, e-learning)
- Confident working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g. NetDocuments or similar)
- Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia or similar) is beneficial
- French language skills (spoken and written) are highly advantageous
