The role In your new role as a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting the recruitment process for associates across London and other international offices. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Supporting lateral associate recruiting for multiple practice groups.Managing relationships with search firms across multiple practice areas.Assisting with screening resumes, scheduling and administering interviews.Maintaining various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking relevant data.Tracking and collecting interview feedback.What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience within a lateral recruitment role at a law firm.Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).An ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with recruiting systems and managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
