The role

In your new role as a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the daily operation and running of the firm's London graduate recruitment programme. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Senior Legal Recruitment Manager in delivering all aspects of the firm's graduate recruitment programme.
  • Managing the recruitment process for Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes.
  • Coordinating and administering the post-Vacation Scheme interview process for the annual Trainee Solicitor intake.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in graduate recruitment within a London law firm environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
