Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all lawyer, business services and graduate recruitment processes.
- Creating job descriptions.
- Booking meeting rooms and scheduling interviews.
- Preparing contracts of employment and liaising with HR colleagues on candidate onboarding.
- Maintaining the firm's recruitment portal AllHires.
- Supporting the delivery of skills programmes in London, including trainee inductions.
- Liaising with training suppliers and scheduling the training.
- Updating and filing records relating to trainee seat rotations, secondments, evaluations and qualification.
Requirements:
- Experience within a recruitment, learning and development, or HR role within a professional services environment.
- Good IT skills with some experience of using an applicant tracking system, learning management system or Workday.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
