The Pricing & Value team works closely with lawyers to develop smart, client‑focused pricing strategies that help win work and drive strong financial outcomes. As a Pricing Analyst, you'll prepare data‑led fee estimates, assess alternative fee arrangements, and produce regular budget‑to‑actual reports to track ongoing matters. You'll also support profitability reviews and contribute to wider team projects and initiatives.
This is a cross‑functional role working with colleagues across Finance, Practice Operations, and Business Development. It's a great fit for someone who's comfortable juggling multiple priorities, enjoys working with data, and brings a client‑focused, detail‑oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Build models and templates to support a wide range of pricing proposals using firm financial data.
- Run profitability and sensitivity analyses to support commercial decision‑making.
- Produce internal and external reporting to support revenue forecasting and matter tracking.
- Help implement pricing proposals efficiently and accurately.
- Contribute to the automation of matter budgets and support matter management initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm's practice groups, clients, and commercial priorities.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.
- 2+ years' experience in financial analysis or pricing (legal sector experience preferred).
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or relational databases is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and responsive to workload demands.
