We're partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a polished, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a senior member of the Leadership team in the London office, as well as a wider group of fee earners. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000

Your impact:

In this role, you'll act as the right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring their day-to-day operations are seamlessly managed. You'll handle demanding diaries, coordinate detailed international travel, manage documents and files, and keep communication flowing smoothly across the team. Your ability to stay organised, anticipate needs and multitask effectively will be crucial to the success of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating detailed global travel arrangements, including visas and embassies
  • Preparing, reviewing and editing documents, reports and correspondence
  • Organising meetings, calls and events
  • Monitoring inboxes and assisting with workflow, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly
  • Supporting team projects, initiatives and general administrative duties

What we're looking for:

  • Strong career continuity in a Legal PA position with a City/US law firm
  • Proven experience handling complex travel arrangements, including visas and embassies
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
