The role

In your new role as a Legal Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end lateral recruitment and graduate recruitment lifecycle alongside the Legal Recruitment Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational support across lateral hiring, ensuring timely interview scheduling, communication and process administration.
  • Liaising and building relationships with legal search firms and ensuring consistency on documentation and interview arrangements.
  • Coordinating with the wider HR team to conduct pre-employment steps.
  • Assisting with the annual graduate programme cycle, including vacation scheme and training contract processes.
  • Supporting campus engagement logistics by coordinating university events, maintaining event calendars, preparing marketing materials and handling event registrations.
  • Supporting the delivery of open days and recruitment webinars.

  • Previous experience working within a global law firm in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively.
