Legal Cashier 6‑month FTC | Remote| London The Role Our UK law firm client is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join its Finance Department on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Working within a well‑established cashiering team, this role supports the smooth running of daily financial operations and ensures compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules across the firm.

Key Responsibilities Assist with office account CHAPS and BACS payments.

Process supplier invoices for approval and payment.

Add PO numbers to client bills and ensure documentation is complete.

Work closely with the Cashier Supervisor on accounting queries and operational tasks.

Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Operations Manager.

Use the firm's legal accounts system (Partner 4 Windows) to support efficient, accurate cashiering processes.

Person Specification Experience as a legal cashier within a law firm.

Strong working knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.

Excellent Excel skills and solid Microsoft Office capability.

Experience using Partner 4 Windows or similar legal accounting software.
