This is a key role within the Billing team, ideal for a proactive Legal Biller who thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment. You'll take ownership of end‑to‑end billing and ensure the efficient, accurate delivery of daily and routine billing requests.

Billing & Financial Administration

  • End‑to‑end billing - Manage billing processes from start to finish, working closely with billers and the revenue team in line with firm policy and HMRC/SRA rules.
  • WIP meetings - Attend monthly WIP meetings.
  • Proformas - Prepare, run and amend proformas.
  • Narratives & complex billing - Produce bespoke invoice narratives and manage complex invoices.
  • Inbox management - Manage allocated tasks and queries.
  • Adjustments - Process credit notes and write‑offs.
  • Process improvement - Identify and support improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements for this role

  • Billing experience - Experience in a similar billing role within a law firm.
  • Systems knowledge - Elite 3E and eBilling experience desirable.
  • Regulatory understanding - Strong understanding of legal billing processes and HMRC/SRA rules.
  • Attention to detail - High accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Tech skills - Confident with numbers and proficient in MS Office.
