A leading global law firm is seeking a Client Value Analyst to join its London office. This role sits within the Client Value Team, a group dedicated to helping lawyers develop commercially sound, client‑focused fee proposals that win business while supporting strong financial outcomes for the firm. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in legal pricing, law firm economics, or financial modelling is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Build models and templates to support analysis of fee proposals using firm financial metrics.
- Run profitability and sensitivity analyses to support decision‑making.
- Reporting on active matters to support accurate revenue forecasting.
- Support the implementation of approved pricing proposals.
- Contribute to the development and automation of matter budgets and matter management tools.
- Develop a strong understanding of practice groups, client profiles, and firm economics to support strategic pricing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree‑level education required; Accounting, Finance, or Economics strongly preferred.
- Financial analysis or pricing; legal industry experience highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with relational databases; SQL and VBA experience is a plus.
