Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Debt Recovery team on a 6 month FTC basis (scope to extend).
Key responsibilities:
Running own caseloadDraft Claim Forms, Winding-Up/Bankruptcy Petitions, pleading for court and Statutory Depands for serviceEfficiently manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of cases at any one time
Qualifications: The firm is looking for a candidate with previous debt recovery experience, who has managed their own caseload. In addition, suitable candidates will hold the LLB/GDL equivalent and will have ideally completed the LPC
