Role overview: The company is seeking a Legal Technologist to join its legal team embedded within Growth and Product Development. This is a permanent role offering exposure to both legal practice and software development.
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with client legal and innovation teams
- Preparing analytics and summarising platform insights
- Drafting and distributing release notes
- Supporting internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate matters
- Attending group meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Law degree or the GDL, and have a strong interest in legal technology. Experience in private investment fund operations and legal tech platforms is highly desirable. Candidates should be organised, adaptable, and confident working with lawyers and developers. Familiarity with basic coding or scripting (e.g. Python, VBA) is a plus.
