We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm based near Liverpool Street, renowned for its excellence in complex dispute resolution amongst other areas and its collaborative, high-performance culture. They're now seeking a confident, highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Disputes team.

What does this role offer:

  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
  • Prime Liverpool Street location.
  • Competitive salary up to £53k-£57k DOE.
  • Close-knit team with a strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level support to fee earners in the Disputes team.
  • Document production and amending legal correspondence.
  • Diary and inbox management.
  • Coordination of travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Opening new matters and client onboarding.
  • Billing and time recording.
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years' continuous experience in Disputes/Litigation.
  • Proven track record at a top City or US law firm.
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and terminology.
  • Professional, proactive and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
