Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an exciting opportunity – our top law firm client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their market‑leading Antitrust team in London on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an immediate opportunity to support a highly regarded team handling complex, cross‑border matters.

The Role

You will provide flexible, team‑wide support. This is a non‑allocation role requiring initiative, relationship‑building, and a confident approach to fee‑earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinating international travel (Europe & U.S.)
  • Managing and organising data in Excel, including transferring information from Word

About You

  • Previous legal secretarial experience in antitrust/competition or litigation preferred
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and encourage delegation
  • Skilled in Excel data management
  • Interest in AI tools is advantageous
