Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a fluent French speaking Legal Biller to join our international law firm client on a temporary basis for around 6-8 weeks. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be based in London but working closely with Partners, Fee Earners and clients in the Paris office. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Producing pre-bills for London and international offices
- Reviewing and editing pre-bills
- Efficiently responding to billing queries
- Ensuring compliance with SRA and HMRC legislation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of 3E software or similar finance position
- Fluent in French
- Experience in billing from a law firm
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills
