In your new role as Learning & Development Assistant you will be supporting the Learning & Development Manager and working closely with colleagues across HR and the wider global Professional Development function, you will play a key role in the administration and coordination of learning initiatives for trainees, associates and business services professionals. Administering learning programmes through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, evaluations and training records. Updating and maintaining Professional Development intranet pages. Booking training rooms, coordinating catering and maintaining programme schedules. Processing invoices and monitoring training-related budgets. Coordinating trainee review processes and maintaining trainee records. Managing trainee training schedules and liaising with external training providers. Assisting with enrolment onto SQE and related training programmes. Maintaining SRA Development Plans and supporting regulatory compliance processes. Contributing to AI-related initiatives and wider firm projects as required. Up to one year's experience within Learning & Development, Professional Development or a similar administrative role. Confidence using learning systems, databases, spreadsheets and other technology platforms.
