The firm is recognized for its sophisticated legal services in areas such as banking and finance, corporate transactions, litigation, real estate, and capital markets. The firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on high-value, cross-border matters.
In your new role as a Lateral Partner Recruitment Specialist, you will be providing support to the Global Lateral Partner Recruitment team, ensuring excellent candidate experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting all aspects of the lateral recruitment cycle in London and EMEA offices to ensure a seamless recruitment process for lateral partner hires.
- Monitoring and maintaining candidate pipeline, including regular check ins on the stage of each process.
- Designing and scheduling interviews, including complex coordination across different time zones.
- Collecting and collating feedback following interviews.
- Preparing offer letters for all candidates liaising with other departments as necessary.
- Building, managing and maintaining relationships with preferred external recruiters.
- Leading targeted searches on an ad hoc basis, acting as primary point of contact for candidates and partners.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience supporting lateral recruitment processes in a law firm, partner recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills with literacy in Microsoft packages.
