We are excited to be recruiting for an Administrative Assistant on a Temp to Perm basis to work with one of our excellent global law firm clients! This is an opportunity you'll want to grasp as it offers growth, exposure and plenty of scope for professional development.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 in their beautiful offices based in CityPoint, paying a competitive salary of £35,000. They also have the benefit of working 1 day from home.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Senior Secretary
- Responding to emails and actioning necessary requests
- Hotel, Travel and Taxi bookings
- Helping with busy workload
- Filing and general administration
Qualifications required:
- CILEX Legal Secretaries Level 3 Diploma
Candidates for this position must be available immediately to start and have experience in an administrative position within professional services or law firm.
