\In your new role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and supporting the delivery of a high-performing and commercially focused HR service across the London office.
Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, managers and employees, supporting the full Business Professional lifecycle.
Providing HR guidance to support on employee relations, performance management, absence management and day to day people matters.
Ensuring consistency and application of HR policies and procedures.
Supporting recruitment activity across business professionals.
Supporting annual appraisal processes, salary reviews and bonus processes.
Previous experience working in an HR Advisory role at a law firm.
Commercial awareness with strong influential skills.
Strong experience with Employee Relations issues.
Experience with HRIS systems, Workday ideally.
