Role Overview
The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Housing Management and Property Litigation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors with their work as well as building their own caseload. The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords advising on all aspects of housing management and property litigation advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Working to support solicitors on property litigation cases
- Drafting and preparing claim forms
- Preparing trial bundles
- Attending court to assist Barristers
- Handling new client enquiries
- Providing advice to clients and completing casework
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous Paralegal property litigation/housing management experience, in particular dealing with registered providers/housing associations.
