Our client, an excellent and prestigious US law firm, is seeking a professional and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee client-facing services across their two London offices. This is estimated to be around 80% based in Liverpool Street, and 20% based in Piccadilly.

Key Responsibilities:

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

Deliver service excellence across reception and FOHLead, coach, and develop FOH team members across both sites Oversee catering orders, hospitality services, and internal events coordinationEnsure compliance with health & safety policies and service level agreements Manage performance, recruitment, and rota planning Support financial oversight, including budgetsAct as the escalation point for client and visitor concerns

What We're Looking For:

\\n\\n

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal environment in a line management positionProven track record managing Front of House operations in professional services Strong background in customer service and people management Exceptional communication skills, confident engaging at all levels Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities Professional appearance and demeanour, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
