We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced PA/EA to support two recently joined Partners within its thriving Real Estate practice in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team, providing dedicated support to two busy Partners as they continue to establish and grow their practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, whilst acting as a trusted point of contact for clients.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, whilst building strong working relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel and business schedules
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with billing, expenses and business development activities
- Providing ongoing administrative support across the Real Estate practice
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of PA/EA experience within an international or US law firm
- Real Estate experience highly desired, but not essential
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI tools
