This law firm is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all their guests.
The duties include: welcoming all guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering incoming phone calls, maintaining conference rooms and coordinate catering as required.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated who strives to provide the best level of customer service, be skilled at multitasking and able to think quickly and prioritise work with excellent attention to detail.
To be considered, you must have previous experience working as a corporate receptionist within the legal sector or a professional services environment.
