About the company: A specialist London-based law firm specialising in areas such as banking, construction, litigation, debt recovery, and infrastructure projects.

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Post-Completions Paralegal to join its Real Estate & Projects team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work on high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales;
  • Post completion including dealing with requisitions;
  • Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals;
  • Manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of transactions at any one time;
  • Legal research.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous real estate paralegal experience, in particular dealing with post completion.
