We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm based in the heart of London, widely recognised for its strength in structured finance and complex transactional work. The firm is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join their Financial Restructuring & Enforcement (FRE) group, with a particular focus on CLO transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and amend contracts and agreements for CLOs and other finance transactions
- Manage transaction processes and closings across a broad range of finance deals
- Liaise with clients
- Maintain and manage internal documentation
Qualification:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level education (with LPC/SQE advantageous) and bring at least one year of Finance Paralegal experience, preferably with exposure to CLO transactions.
