EA – Corporate Department – Hybrid working!
Our client, a well-respected law firm in the West End, is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work within their Corporate Department.
This role is looking for a proactive and highly competent Executive Assistant who can operate successfully in a pressurised and fast-paced environment, providing client and business-focused secretarial and administrative support to a small group of partners.
The firm offers a very competitive agile working policy: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home, working the hours of 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (flexibility required).
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years’ experience working within Corporate at a notable international law firm, experience in managing diaries, solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
