Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Directories and Recognitions Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients as part of their dynamic, collaborative Business Development team. This role supports the firm's profile-raising efforts through legal directories and awards submissions.

\\n\\n
\\n\\n
You'll work closely with lawyers and business development professionals across international offices, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and developing strong writing, project management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and edit high-quality directory submissions to deadlineCoordinate and lead calls with partners to outline submission processesManage timelines, calendars, and submission trackingResearch and evaluate new directory opportunitiesPrepare partners for interviews and provide best practice guidanceAnalyse and report on submission outcomesMaintain templates and process documentation

Requirements:
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field2+ years' experience in legal, professional services, or journalismExcellent writing, editing, and organisational skills
