A leading international law firm with a strong sector focus is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join its global Marketing & Business Development function. The firm operates across multiple regions and is committed to delivering data-driven, insight-led client development. This role sits within a highly collaborative team that supports partners, fee-earners and BD professionals worldwide, ensuring the firm's CRM systems, processes and data underpin effective business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the firmwide CRM strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
- Oversee day-to-day management, optimisation and enhancement of InterAction and Vuture.
- Ensure high-quality CRM data, strong governance and compliance with global data-protection standards.
- Produce dashboards, insights and reporting to support BD, client development and strategic planning.
- Support global key client programmes through relationship mapping, intelligence and accurate data stewardship.
- Drive CRM adoption across international offices through training, engagement and change-management initiatives.
- Manage and develop CRM team members, ensuring consistent standards and performance.
- Lead CRM onboarding for new offices, laterals and acquisitions, ensuring global alignment.
Key Requirements
- Significant CRM management experience within an international law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong expertise in InterAction and Vuture, including upgrades, integrations and user support.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior lawyers and BD teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR/PECR compliance and CRM best practice.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
