A Tier 1 US law firm is seeking a detail-driven Conflicts Analyst to join its Legal Risk & Compliance function. This role supports lawyers and business teams worldwide by assessing potential conflicts of interest, safeguarding ethical standards, and enabling smooth client and matter onboarding across a complex global environment.
The Opportunity
Working closely with Conflicts Attorneys, compliance professionals, and administrative teams, you will help ensure that all engagements meet internal policies, professional obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conflicts searches and corporate research to support new business and lateral hire reviews.
- Analyse intake submissions for accuracy and completeness, coordinating updates where needed.
- Support the review and documentation of engagement terms and related compliance materials.
- Respond to internal queries regarding conflicts processes and onboarding requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years' experience in conflicts, compliance, legal research, or risk management within a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with conflicts and corporate research platforms (e.g., Intapp or similar systems) advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally focused environment.
