Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Commercial Property team on a permanent basis to assist on plot sales and post completion tasks. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.
Key responsibilities:
Work on high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales; Post completion including dealing with requisitions; Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals; Manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of transactions at any one time;Legal research
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous real estate paralegal experience, in particular dealing with plot sales and post completion.
