Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an exciting opportunity - our top law firm client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their market-leading Antitrust team in London on a 3 month fixed-term contract. This is an immediate opportunity to support a highly regarded team handling complex, cross-border matters.

The Role

You will provide flexible, team-wide support. This is a non-allocation role requiring initiative, relationship-building, and a confident approach to fee-earners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinating international travel (Europe & US)
  • Managing and organising data in Excel, including transferring information from Word

About You

  • Previous legal secretarial experience in antitrust/competition or litigation preferred
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and encourage delegation
  • Skilled in Excel data management
  • Interest in AI tools is advantageous
